Sales and customer service expert targets growth

Robson joins Falcon Storage after spending more than ten years with specialty retailer Nordstrom.  In his last position, Robson was responsible for hiring staff at new stores and worked as a department manager.  In his positions, Robson successfully achieved double-digit sales growth every year.

“Chris brings more than a decade of superior customer service, sales and management experience from America’s #1 customer service company,” notes Stephen Shang, co-founder of Falcon Storage.  “Ensuring that we consistently deliver a high level of customer service as we continue to grow is critical to our success.  We’re very excited and know that with Chris, Falcon will continue to lead the portable storage industry in Central Texas.”

“Regardless of the industry, great customer service wins,” said Robson.  “Through the effective use of technology and customer relation management software, Falcon has a real advantage over its competition.  With these tools and a committed sales effort, Falcon Storage will continue to exceed its customers’ expectations and grow.  I’m very excited.”
