General Description of Position

Falcon Structures is seeking an energetic, rising professional to work in our Products Department to coordinate material and product selections, applications, and integration required to make projects successful. This individual will manage all products within our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. If you thrive on keeping a lot of balls in the air and are excited about pioneering the use of shipping container-based structures, we would like to talk with you!

Duties & Responsibilities

Review requirements and drawings and recommend appropriate products, identifying key features and related design considerations
Assist with design specification support throughout the execution of projects
Collaborate with sales and products team to fully describe and document purchased components and related assemblies
Draft specifications to capture requirements
Ensure drawings and specifications remain consistent
Enter products into ERP system
Configure Jobs in ERP to call for parts consistent with design specifics.

Skills & Abilities

Bachelor’s Degree in construction-related field - desired
Certified Construction Specifier preferred
3 years’ experience as a specifier preferred
Detail oriented
Computer skills related to spreadsheets and database applications
Able to communicate technical information to diverse populations
Good listener
Team player, collaborative and solution-oriented
Able to build relationships

*This role is primarily on-site but could have a hybrid component.
