Pioneering the Use of Container-Based Solutions
What started as a small rental business has grown into a bold new direction for offsite modular construction. Now, Falcon modifies shipping containers into storage units, living spaces, workspaces, equipment enclosures, multi-story stadiums, and more.
We’ve made it our mission to build a better world by pioneering the use of container-based structures. In doing so, we aim to address some of society’s biggest problems, invest in our team, be environmental stewards, and create safe places for our customers and their communities.
Falcon became the first in-house container structure manufacturer to receive an ESR, an Evaluation Service Report from the International Code Council indicating that we can provide structurally sound containers for use in buildings. Thanks to the efforts of Falcon’s co-founder, Stephen Shang, and the MBI’s container task force, ISO shipping containers were officially incorporated into 2021 International Building Code as permittable materials.
Trinity Private Equity Group chose to invest in Falcon, recognizing our potential to revolutionize the development and construction industry with container-based structures. The investment has helped us cultivate and expand our strong market-share in the container structure industry and confidently enter the modular construction market.
On the heels of a record-breaking year, having earned numerous awards from the Modular Building Institute (MBI), we broke ground on our facility expansion. These efforts doubled the size of the existing facility and tripled the production capacity. We can create bigger projects, for more customers, faster, launching the company into a new era of industry-shaping business.
Going forward, we will continue to build safe and secure structures for our customers across various industries. We aim to help them protect the equipment, people, and processes they care about most by utilizing container-based solutions.
Falcon Structures' highly trained staff is equipped with the technology and resources they need to manufacture the highest quality modular container-based structures available, including highly customizable features. Welding, carpentry, electrical, finishing, and painting are all performed within our 10-acre, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and are segmented into designated areas or “domes.” The production team performs rigorous quality control checks as Conex containers move through each stage.

It comes down to asking ourselves what exactly a shipping container is. On one hand, it’s a just a steel box; on the other, it’s an opportunity to build something new. The remarkable strength of its frame and the security of its corrugated walls can become the basis of everything from apartment complexes to pantry space for food banks. When a customer comes to us with a problem, we Think Inside the Box® and remember the incredible diversity of solutions offered by ISO containers.
