We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Executive to expand our market presence and connect with organizations across industries like construction, oil and gas, manufacturing, energy, agriculture, and many more. In this role, you’ll use consultative selling skills to uncover customer challenges and deliver solutions that enhance operations, increase efficiency, improve employee environments, and solve problems effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify opportunities within existing and target accounts through cold calling, emails, social selling, and networking.
- Inbound Lead Development: Assess and respond to inbound leads generated through marketing efforts.
- Solution Selling: Build relationships across business roles such as project managers, operations managers, engineers, HR & safety professionals, owners, and more to identify their business challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop container-based solutions that fit Falcon’s business model.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and interactions within the CRM system to track progress and optimize follow-ups.
Skills & Abilities
What We’re Looking For
- A strategic seller with a proven track record in consultative sales.
- Someone with a strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline management.
- Someone who thrives on building new relationships and uncovering opportunities.
- A self-starter who is excited to own their success and contribute to a growing company.
- A proven history of 3+ years of successful B2B consultative sales experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Lives in the greater Austin area and is able to commute to our site several times a week
