Multimedia Marketing Specialist
General Description of Position
Falcon Structures is seeking a Multimedia Marketing Specialist to join our team and make a significant impact in our unique and rapidly growing industry. As a crucial member of our marketing department, you’ll report to the VP of Marketing and contribute to a wide range of marketing initiatives.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating projects between departments. Your work will include creating captivating multimedia content, including eye-catching graphics, compelling videos, document design, and other visually impressive elements. A creative eye for graphic design and excellent communication skills are a must. By joining Falcon’s small but heavy-hitting team, you’ll have the chance to level up your skills in many facets of marketing, including research, digital campaigns, website updates, data evaluation, design, and more. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn about our unique industry and contribute to our company’s overall growth.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and projects
- Assist with digital marketing campaign execution
- Perform website updates using Hubspot CMS
- Create visual content for our website, presentations, social media, collateral, and more using Adobe Suite
- Produce marketing and product videos
- Take and organize product photos
- Help to manage all marketing digital assets using DAM software
- Conduct and document competitor and industry research
- Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
- Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
- Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
- Work closely with other departments when coordinating and overseeing marketing projects
- Produce internal and external marketing materials such as videos, photos, graphics, etc.
Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 2-4 years in marketing or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Graphic design for marketing experience
- Video shooting and editing experience
- Superior organizational and time management skills. Project management experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Eager to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects
- Proficient in Adobe Suite and MS Office
- Good understanding of Sales processes and market segmentation
- General knowledge of marketing software, CMS, CRM tools, and online analytics – Hubspot proficiency a plus
