Don't Let Container Setting Derail Your Project

After all the planning, engineering, and approvals, container placement is the last step to cross the finish line — and it’s where costly mistakes can still happen. Misaligned modules or poor sealing can lead to leaks, delays, and structural issues that undermine the entire project. Falcon’s experts make sure container setting is done right the first time, so your structure is aligned, sealed, and ready for use without setbacks.

Container Setting Led by Experts

From placement to weatherproofing, Falcon’s specialists guide the container setting process so it’s done right the first time.

  1. Site Readiness Review

Confirm foundation, permits if applicable, and required equipment before delivery.

  2. Placement & Alignment

Operate forklifts for single modules or supervise cranes for stacked and joined builds.

  3. Secure Joining

Align and structurally connect multi-module units.

  4. Weatherproofing

Apply ridge caps, sealants, flashing, and thresholds to protect against water intrusion.

Container Setting Service FAQs

Can I set up my container myself?
In fact, many of our customers do. But for customers inexperienced with modular placement or for multi-container projects, the setting service can make it easy.
What equipment is required for setting my container?
Depending on the build, you’ll need a crane (for stacked or multi-unit projects) or a large forklift. Falcon’s container setting experts are qualified to operate a forklift, and they can offer guidance to the crane operator.
Will Falcon provide the equipment needed to set the container?

Yes. Falcon can arrange the required crane or forklift rental for your project, for an additional fee.

Will Falcon hook my container up to electrical and plumbing as well?
No, we only offer support for setting, joining, stacking, and weatherproofing the container. Customers are responsible for bringing licensed professionals (i.e. electricians and plumbers) in to connect to utilities.
