Falcon Structures Expands Executive Leadership Team

Austin TX, March 17, 2023 – Falcon Structures introduced two new members to its executive leadership team. Freddy Marichal joins Falcon Structures as CFO and Krista Short was promoted from director of marketing to VP of marketing. Both hires will enable Falcon to continue its impressive trajectory of strategic growth.

As CFO, Marichal will oversee the company’s accounting, financial planning, analysis, and procurement. Marichal leads the increasingly complex financial operations that result from Falcon’s larger and more intricate manufacturing operations.

With leadership experience at Dell and PwC, Marichal brings his tested expertise to Falcon. He is implementing supply chain best practices, removing friction between processes, and managing cash to support growth.

Krista Short’s promotion to vice president of marketing and her addition to Falcon’s executive team reflects the contribution she’s made not only to Falcon’s marketing program but also to Falcon’s corporate growth and maturity. Since joining Falcon seven years ago, her marketing leadership and initiatives helped expand Falcon’s growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and market leadership. More importantly, Short has consistently made significant contributions to Falcon’s strategy and corporate development.
